Que: How the Bottles of essential oil are packed ?
Ans: Essential oil is packed in leak proof aluminium containers, in which essential oil can easily remain intact for 24 months or more if stored in cool place.

Que: What is EMS post & how long will it take to reach USA, Canada, Europe or Australia ?
Ans: EMS post is a government carrier which is handled by official government carrier in the country, for example USPS is the official government carrier of the U.S.A

It takes about 10 – 16 Days to reach internationally

Que: What is the cost of Fedex shipping and how to get the oils with Fedex ?
Ans: The cost of shipping with Fedex will be caltulated according to the weight of the oils which you add to cart, with fedex you can get the essential oil in about 5 days internationally , it has some exceptions where the address is at remote location, where it could take a couple of more days.

Que: Do you offer Exchange / Refund ?
